Modifications:

Burpee Pull Ups: Scale up to

1-2 reps if you feel ready, then

add 1-2 scale downs or perform

3 Burpees (or Up / Downs +

3 Ring Rows

Devils Press: Scale the load

or perform 2/2 Up Down +

DB Snatches

Wall Walk: Scale up to (as close as possible to Rx), or perform any scale down (partial Wall Walk, Wall Plank, Wall Walk “like”).. see floor option below in video
