If you are looking for CrossFit classes, nutrition coaching, personal training, or a combination, our team is here for you! During this 20-minute meeting, we will work together to create the perfect game-plan for your goals.
Our Foundations program will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Foundations will prepare you for our group classes as a part of the training programs and workout of the day, so don’t worry, we got you!
CrossFit (Group Training)
CrossFit methodology is based on high intensity functional movements such as weightlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing. Our CrossFit classes are scalable for everyone, from beginners to high-level athletes. With constantly varied routines, you will workout at your own pace.

I started working out because I’m aware of the benefits associated with an active lifestyle. The bigger benefit for me though is being part of this great community. My CrossFit family at LPF is the absolute best!
My workouts are modified so I’m never worried about not being able to do any of the movements. The coaches are always nearby to help and guide me and the members keep everyone motivated and cheer each other on.

Turning 50 and facing the fact that traditional gyms just weren’t working for me anymore, a friend at church recommended I try CrossFit LPF. It’s the best move I’ve made in a long time, even though I had a previous broken neck and back problems for over 20 years.

My fitness journey began with Aida’s boot camp program that she held in a local park. I loved it and became addicted.
Then she opened her first gym and I walked in and saw barbells on the floor and racks of weights and thought “I don’t think so.” But I decided to try it and the workout was great. It was like nothing I’d ever done before. Soon after, Aida expanded and we were officially a CrossFit facility! It took off like fire in the woods. I started making new friends and achieving new goals.
LPF has been part of my life since its beginning. With the help and constant encouragement from our great and caring coaches and the amazing programming, I look forward to being with them for years to come!
