Our Foundations program will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit which are programmed regularly into our daily workouts. This will prepare you for our group classes so don’t worry, we got you!

I joined CrossFit LPF in May 2018 to spend more time with my wife. I realized pretty quickly, this is not just a gym. This is a community of real people who truly care for each other. The coaches spend undivided attention with each member so they succeed in their goals. The members become true friends who motivate you to succeed and be your best every day.
I couldn’t have asked for a better gym. Today I feel stronger, healthier and more motivated to “attack” each day. I’m a better father for being a good role model (yes, my 4 year old follows me to the gym). I’m a better husband as I’m happier having my wife always by my side. And I’m a better firefighter because I feel stronger physically and mentally.

My fitness journey began with Aida’s boot camp program that she held in a local park. I loved it and became addicted.
Then she opened her first gym and I walked in and saw barbells on the floor and racks of weights and thought “I don’t think so.” But I decided to try it and the workout was great. It was like nothing I’d ever done before. Soon after, Aida expanded and we were officially a CrossFit facility! It took off like fire in the woods. I started making new friends and achieving new goals.
CrossFit LPF has been part of my life since its beginning. With the help and constant encouragement from our great and caring coaches and the amazing programming by Aida and Pete, I look forward to many more! Now at our new location, I plan on making new goals with my LPF family!!
Here’s the proof. In 2017 I decided to take my health and fitness seriously by doing CrossFit 5 days a week. Back then, my pants were a size 36 waist. Now in 2019 my waistline is a 31. People are surprised to hear I wasn’t always this size. They think I’ve always been fit. I used to weigh 200 lbs with over 22% body fat and now, I weigh 178 lbs, 12% body fat! Of course eating right is part of the equation but the most important ingredient of my success is consistency. Thanks to all my coaches at CrossFit LPF!
