MET CON: For Time (20:00)!

Take up to 10:00 to complete Part A of the workout (27 thru 9 reps). If you finish prior to the 10:00 mark, note your time then perform ME TTB until the 10:00 mark. Otherwise it’s total reps complete for Part A + your run if you end with it. Then, beginning at the 10:00 mark (regardless if you finished part A or not), perform the same workout in reverse (9 thru 27 reps) followed by ME TTB… if time remains. Again, note your time before beginning the part B.

NOTE: BB weight is any weight with bumpers (for jumping only). *”C” athletes will perform MB Runs each round #50/30

SCORING:
Part A: Note your time + total TTB reps completed or TTL reps completed for the workout. Example: 8:59 + 12 TTB RX or 63 Reps + P-Lot Run RX.

Part B: Same as Part A.

Performance MOD: OTB “Plank Only” Burpees and Hanging Knee Raises or Double Knee Hugs in place of TTB.
