Kid Fit is a safe and fun way for kids to exercise & learn healthy lifestyle habits. Whether the focus is on strength & conditioning for athletic gains or to simply get your kids more active, we’ve got you covered.
Our Coaches are experienced & full of energy. More importantly they provide a safe & supportive environment that promotes success for all ability levels.
Our programming is fun & focuses on drills, games, body weight exercises, age appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics & more. Each class has a new & exciting workout so … it’s never boring! We strive to ensure all of our kids learn and achieve the proper technique for each exercise. Safety is our priority.
Our age range for Kid Fit is 9 & up. If your child is slightly younger OR you think your teenager might be ready for our CrossFit classes, please contact us to set up a time to meet. We will assess your child on a case-by-case basis.
