We believe that great technique and safety are most important.
All of our classes are instructed by certified, well trained and experienced coaches.
Our classes are one hour and they begin with a dynamic warm-up. Our coaches will give a detailed explanation of that day’s workout, demonstrate each movement and allow time to prepare for the workout.
Open Gym is for our members to come in and workout in an unstructured environment.
It is a great time to work on a weakness, perform additional strength work, practice a skill or any other fitness goals an athlete may have. Even though this is not a group class, there is always a coach available for advice and to ensure safety.
Our mobility class will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam rollers, lacrosse balls, strength bands, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.
