I have always led a pretty healthy lifestyle even dating back to when I was active in the Marine Corps. Before finding CrossFit in 2012, I followed a traditional style weight training regime.
Then my wife introduced me to CrossFit and I felt a connection right away. Initially, I loved that CrossFit training included weightlifting as part of their methodology.
Soon after joining a local CrossFit box, I learned to appreciate the conditioning aspect as well.
I love helping our members grow as athletes and coaching them to do things they never thought they could do, especially when it comes to weightlifting. Watching our members get stronger regardless of age, experience, gender or ability is definitely a highlight for me as a coach. The feeling is priceless.
