MOBILITY

Every single athlete has some deficiency. Some can’t touch their toes, some can’t engage their shoulders, others struggle with a proper air squat. These are skills that everyone needs in the gym and in everyday life, but many lack. Many of the movements used in CrossFit involve a high level of joint mobility and stability throughout the body. Limited mobility can have a negative impact on your form and therefore affect your performance.

Our mobility class will help you increase your range of motion and flexibility. We will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam rollers, lacrosse balls, strength bands, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, reduce your risk of injury and make you feel better.
