MOTIVATING MONDAY!

MET CON: 31:00 AMRAP!
“Trick or Treat your Partner”!

Goal: 5R-7R+! Perform the Thrusters and Dubs UB if possible.

Rules:
While athlete A is working, athlete B must perform a HOLD (as prescribed above) for the entire time that athlete A is working and vice versa. If the athlete working stops to rest, etc., the athlete performing the HOLD can drop but ONLY when the athlete working calls out “DROP”. If he/she drops before… then both athletes must perform 3 “on the spot” OTB Burpees. The athlete working is the leader and is the only one allowed to call out “DROP”!

Break up the reps however you like but share the work as prescribed. You cannot work while your partner is working. The tag out method is required. Have FUN!
